Race Training

Race season is upon us and we want you to do your best. When it comes to being prepared for race day, training is a must!

Regardless of your current fitness level or prior race experience, we believe in you! Find the Zemi-recommended training plans below. Your coach is also a great resource for helping you prepare for race day! Don’t be afraid to ask.

Remember: days can be amended to fit your schedule; plan rest days when you want a break and long-distance days when you have the most time to give. Stay tuned for more tips on training and how to prepare for race day.
