Unfortunately, many things pertaining to mental health are misunderstood. We want you to be informed and educated so that when (not if) you come in contact with a mental health scare personally or in someone you love, you know how to react and what to expect.
Learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental illness. There are solutions to stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and the other branches of mental health. Never give up hope and don't be afraid to reach out for help.
